Our Rosebank Health and Safety Plan for Alert Level Two

  • Mrs Grinton will continue to be at the gate before school to support any of our younger students who need to be walked to class. We really appreciate you dropping your children off at the gate where possible.

  • Everyone will be expected to wash their hands when they arrive at school each day. Classrooms are well set up for this to happen.

  • Rooms 1, 2 and 3 teachers will walk children to the front gate to dismiss them at 3:00 p.m. All other students will be dismissed from their classroom at 3:00 p.m. as they are old enough to walk out on their own.

  • If parents need to come into school for any reason, please sign the contact register at the office. This includes any dropping off or picking up of students.

  • During Alert Level Two there will be no whole school assemblies.

  • Desks, door handles and other hard surfaces are cleaned every day. Good hygiene and cleanliness will continue to be a priority.

  • If your child is sick, please do not send them to school. If a child becomes unwell at school, we will ring you to come and get them from their classroom. If anyone in your household is sent for a Covid-19 test due to symptoms being displayed please do not send children to school until you receive the all-clear.

  • The Home and School Saveloy Friday programme will run this week. All helpers will be given a mask and gloves to wear when preparing and giving out food.

If you have any concerns about how your children may be feeling, please contact your children’s teachers. We are all here to support each other.
